The Role and its benefits.

Our client is one of the largest banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 16 million customers and over 2,000 branches in 7 countries. As an employee in the HR department at senior level, you are the expert in the area of ​​Compensation & Benefits. You will oversee Compensation & Benefits for the entire group, focusing on Austria and collaborating with the other countries' departments. Your role involves international strategy, bonus models, gender pay equity and compliance.

What to do.
  • Lead Compensation & Benefits globally, with a focus on Austria
  • Develop international strategies, bonus models, and gender pay equity initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across countries and compliance with regulations
  • Set KPIs for management and board members, evaluating annually
  • Calculate management bonuses and handle reporting and compliance
  • Having the market outlook and compensation benchmarking 
  • Dealing with the executive compensation of the board members
Your profile.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR, Business, or Finance
  • Several years experience in Compensation & Benefits, with international experience in an financial/banking environment 
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in compensation calculation programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Excel: Advanced level - you like playing with data in Excel
  • SAP and SQL would be of advance
